M	Melissa Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price/value of the hotel didn't align for what our room was upon arrival. There were also fees that were not anticipated with the booking that showed up additional to what was quoted. Overall the room was dated, poorly laid out, cold and the view fr our window was of the dumpsters and a back alley. The hotel itself is run down and not well maintained. The phone in the room did not work, there was no Netflix as stated on the website. The PVR did not work, the channel selection was scarce at best, the pop machines had no stock in them. When we asked for assistance from the front desk for help with the PVR, they advised us that they don't know why it's not working, offering no further assistance. I would not stay again.
M	Movin Home on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an excellent place to stay in Jasper, you are within walking distance to so many great stores and restaurants. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel has an awesome history and family owned. Rooms are super charming and comfortable. They are even pet friendly so I was able to have my doggo stay with me in my room. I highly recommend this hotel ?

After months of not travelling & two (2) weeks on the road the Astoria still has the most comfortable & cozy beds in Highway 16. And the cleanest room. Simple pleasant and good value. With the breakfast place Papa George's off the lobby it’s such a pleasant homey place to stay. Staff are great too. We Highly recommend a night (or two) at the Astoria when in Jasper. e	eres mi vida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel located downtown so it’s easy to walk around town! But the room temperature was so hot, and there’s no way to adjust it. We Can open the window but it is noisy as it is when the window’s closed! Staff were friendly and welcoming!
J	Jaimie Mehler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is convenient, the bed was comfortable and room was clean. However, hotel is very dated. There was no hot water, the toilet room was ice cold. There should also be a way to control the temperature of the rooms better as they were very hot and stuffy.

The only problem is who work in front desk, when we need some supplies, also when we check out, the front desk people who work there never be polite. We were so polite talk to them, we even leave tips in the room. And the front desk attitude is really bad, anyway we will still like this hotel, but not the people who work there.

N	Nina Laugh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most incredible stay at the Astoria last weekend. Knowing it is a historic hotel I knew the room size would be small; but the space was well used. The bed was so comfortable, the room clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Being right in the middle of Connaught Street allowed me to walk everywhere and be close to shops and restaurants. It was the perfect place to rest my head after a big day of adventuring in the park! I look forward to returning to Jasper and the Astoria! Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing weekend.
