I	Ina Nickel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was okay. Rooms are nice enough. There is a pool, which is why we booked this hotel in Jasper. HOWEVER, this is a pet friendly hotel … the people beside us left their dog in their room unattended and it hauled continually at 11pm at night while we were trying to sleep with two small children. The front desk did what they could which I appreciate, but we had a terrible sleep and will make sure not to book at a pet friendly hotel again.

With current conditions and as many places to stay in Jasper you would think that any business would be worth while and appreciate the business. This is a father and son not unruly people. So strange!

Hotel is clean and cozy. So convenient to have microwave, stove and all kitchen utensils. Will definitely stay here next time visit
M	Megan Sears on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I stayed at the crimson with our baby for my birthday for 2 nights and we were blown away with the front desk attendant surg. We booked a 1 queen room because it was the only room available and he upgraded out room to a 2 bed with a beautiful view. It worked out way better since our baby had a bed all to herself. The room was top noch, very clean and spacious. The hotel is right next to a grocery store which was awesome and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. He informed us the pool was under renovation but recommended all the pools we could use in surrounding hotels. We have stayed at many hotels but our stay and interaction with surge was one of the best experience we have had. You have a 5 star employee. Thanks surge!

Everything clean, but please next time check first before doing room service that people did check out before taking whatever was in the room. We told we were going to come back before 11am and when we did the things we left charging and our drinks in the mini fridge were gone. We recovered almost everything except for one juice they decided to drink, in my opinion that's a little bit weird. Anyways just an observation.

Marked down on service only because we were getting Rocky Mountaineer in morning and breakfast buffet was 12minute walk from hotel and was impractical given boarding time of train. We wouldn't have booked breakfast if we knew this.

Limited number of towels for the pool area, and hot tub was so hot you couldn’t be in it for more than a few minutes. Otherwise a great place to stay

We booked late so there were no more larger rooms or balconies available but the room we got was a decent size for 2 people. The people at the front desk were great and very helpful. We didn't notice any train noise, other guests or any pets. The rooms were nice and well equipped. The only downside was just how small the parking lots are (especially for a busy weekend) and that the pool and restaurant were closed for renovations. Would've definitely enjoyed dining in the hotel or going for a swim. They notified us that we could use the pool of a hotel down the road and get 15% off our meals at other restaurants though! Overall, a good stay and would go back!
