J	Justice Callander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room, comfortable bed, restaurant downstairs is pretty good and decently priced. Staff was nice, the pool and hot tub are decent can't complain at all. Wasn't even an expensive stay either ?
J	Joshua Robbins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to spend Xmas in Jasper this year and the Chateau caught our eye with the fair price and the pool for the kids. 6 nights in and we are checking out today. I would stay here again for sure. I liked the service, the rooms were clean, the small kitchenette was a nice touch and the beds are comfy. The pool was a fun place for the kids, a little strong on the chemicals but that is better than the alternative. I wish we had access to to a toaster in the room, or a complimentary breakfast option.
J	Jen Boots on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was nice, clean and comfy, pool and hot tub were fun! The big windows makes it seem more spacious. Breakfast was good. Limited menu but service was excellent and everything tasted great! The only reason I didn't give it more than 3 stars was that the hallways were quite noisy - there was a team of young girls staying and running and screaming in the halls. We talked to them directly and called staff and not a whole lot seemed to be done about it. This ran past midnight and put a damper on a otherwise great stay.

I was too far down the road to turn around so I called the hotel and and one of the staff members ( Julia i believe )found my phone right away and then Organized Purolator to have It delivered to the next hotel I was staying at the next day. Sure enough the next day there was. Thanks so much! No complaints about the place. It's a bit older but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It has a Beautiful front entrance! Thanks again
B	Brad Lohner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property was reasonably priced, and provides heated underground parking. The rooms were clean, and the mini kitchen had all the necessary appliances. The restrooms were recently renovated and are quite nice. The property is a bit of a walk to the restaurants, so it will be nice when they open their restaurant and lounge again. I will return.

We enjoyed the location as it was a bit off the main strip, so it was quieter but still only a 15-min walk to lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Pool and hottub were nice and very cool to see the cold weather outside through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Our room was perfect; everything was clean, tidy, and the greenery was a nice touch. Will definitely try and get back here in the summer as it looks like a lovely property too.

Hotel room was clean and spacious. Love the underground parking as well as the updates and perks you get notified of via text message! Overall, would recommend and visit again.
A	Andrea I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds were super comfy! Dining room for breakfast was incredibly delicious. Very friendly staff. Older. Needs yard work. Window on ground level didn't lock. Pool area closed at poor hours when families could get in for a last minute soak before checking out... maybe clean at a better time? Nice tho! Overall would stay again.
