J	Jen Clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were so great to change our towels as needed. I have allergies but brought our hypoallergenic dog. We’ve stayed at places before without issue but sadly my allergies were so bad here we had to leave early. The bed also sagged in the middle making our sleep much rougher. We did inform reception when checking out but felt important to share with others in case that had similar issues. Hope there can be improvements so others done have to suffer.

They probable also have better rooms, but we got a room at seller level, like a hole, dark and sad,, with no view at all. Went emidiatly back to the receptions for another room. We could get an upgrade for 55 dollar extra. This was already an over 300 dollar room. Think we live in another world, horrible.

Kitchen is pretty good and bathroom looks like making renovation recently. If you want to stay comfortable and save money for your meals, I would like to recommend here.
L	Lynne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: This hotel has Unique rooms with bedroom lofts and fireplaces. Our room had a nice kitchenette and we really liked the pool area which has a nice decor. The hot tub is spacious. Negative: The bed was too soft in the middle, the pillows were overfilled and lumpy, and the duvet was uneven so it was hard to get the comforter that was inside the duvet cover.

I like how well connected those amenities were. Looking at previous reviews I could see how people may complain about noise but I didn’t have that issue and I’m a pretty warm body and cooked here in the winter so probably wouldn’t be the place to stay in the summer since there’s no ac. I thought the price was pretty good too.

Rooms were clean beds were comfortable and kitchens had everything we needed. Restaurant was amazing as was the pool and hot tub. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here anytime I come to Jasper

Downtown is only a couple of minutes away by car and about 15 minutes away by foot. We‘ve enjoyed both the great food at the Inn Grill and the amenities such as the hot tub and the steam sauna.
S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 4 days in the queen loft room. We enjoyed the stay. ESP the pool with the kids when it was -37 out. The good: Comfy beds, clean room, friendly staff, nice pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. The bad: Parking is terrible, good luck getting a spot after 4, room service doesn’t come in your room until you leave, I understand it’s for Covid reasons, however they should be giving people a discount when booking since you’re not getting a full hotel service. Especially when you have to call for basic amenities. The hotel is a little loud like you read in other reviews, but that’s hotel living. There’s nothing the hotel can do about that. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Would stay again.
