★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maids cleaned our room and my earphones were on the floor completely cut in half. When I left they were completely fixed and nothing wrong with them. You’d think.. wow bad view for earphones? Yes! I paid for them from my own money and if they were great staff they would have told us they accidentally broke them and replaced them.. but they didn’t. I’m hard of hearing right now and that’s the only way I can hear any of my devices properly. Also our tv kept going off and on in our room.. it kept glitching also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great hotel choice in Vernon and we would highly suggest it. After running into an awful scenario with an air bnb rental, the prestige not only found us a clean room to stay in, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. The staff at the front reception was incredibly helpful (thank you Chandler for dealing with my initial frantic phone calls) and even managed to get us into a larger room to accommodate our toddler and dog. The hotel is clean, has a great pool and restaurant and is local to so many different places for food. I’ll forever be thankful for this hotel for helping us save the tail end of our vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u could give 10 stars to Glen I would he is an absolutely perfect example of someone who has the compassion and heart of a Angel I hope the best western and holiday inn realize they missed out on this beautiful human being and also change their wicked and cruel behavior. We should all strive to be more like Glen. Thanks again for showing me there is still hope in humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel for two nights and found the rooms to be clean and comfortable and the ac worked well. The staff were friendly and there was easy parking. Our room had a separate bedroom and living area which was nice. We came in at 2am after a wedding and staff greeted us and let us in the side door right when we showed up and the door was locked. Looking forward to trying the restaurant near for breakfast, the menu looks delish. Cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our team recently held a Christmas Dinner Party at the Bourbon Street Bar and Grill Restaurant in the Prestige Hotel in Vernon. It was all planned in advance by Rick and Colleen with a special seating plan arranged to suit our needs. Everything was lovely, from the amazing prime rib and other delectable menu choices to the subdued lighting and festive Christmas tree. The servers, Chelsea and Tina, were very efficient and friendly and managed to serve our rather large group in a short space of time. I would recommend Bourbon Street to anyone wishing a gourmet meal in a comfortable setting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about this place. This was my first time staying here and we were there for 3 days. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was delicious and convenient and the rooms are beautiful and clean. Will be my go to place to stay when in town!
