We get our alkaline water from these guys at $5 for a huge jug. They also always have ice for your cooler, which is handy with a liquor store right beside them. Ice is $3 for 8 pounds or 0.75 cents a scoop. Hours are Mon-Sat 9 to 6

I've been in twice now recently attempting to buy new water jugs (unsuccessfully) and will not be returning to try again. The cashier was very unfriendly, bordering on rude, and refuses to acknowledge when you speak to them. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but this is one that I won't be returning to.

Horrible customer service. Discrimination seems to be their policy. The staff are extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Unbelievably bad service! The store hours listed are open at 9. I walk in at 925 and am told they are not open yet. Winter hours are different so they won't help me. Disgusting!!!!

For some reason every time I come here the door is locked with a sign saying “be back in half an hour”. Or in todays case the doors just literally locked even though v everywhere says they open at 9am. Edit: oh apparently there is a very small font on the door saying winter hours are 9:30. That doesn’t change the fact that when I come in the afternoon the doors are seemingly always locked in my experience so I end up waiting around for half an hour to spend $3 on water. Literally it’s so hard to just come pick up water. I’m frustrated every single time. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Good water! However, there are issues with customer service and your website. I have tried to pick up water three times. Two of those times I arrived just after 9:00. The door was unlocked with a number of people inside, but when I walked in I wasn't greeted and abruptly told the store wasn't opened until 9:30 even though the website and sign on the door said 9:00. The other time I arrived around 10:00 am and was told they couldn't help me right then. Sorry, but I can't support your business any longer. Went to your competitor and not only were they friendly and helpful, the offered to carry the water bottle to my car. The price was also less. If you are going to change your hours with a little sign on the door scrawled beside your regular hours then how about changing it on your website. I drove a long way there because of your website and then was abruptly turned away. A fourth visit about a year ago I also saw a sign that you would be gone for 45 minutes. No sense of where in that 45 minutes I had arrived. Perhaps put a time expected back on the sign so that the customer knows when to come back.
