One of worst experiences ever. Both at the location and their own customer phone agents. Location will not honour what is stated on their website. I would not recommend dealing with Enterprise. They are liars and I see why they are rated F on the Better Business Bureau’s website. Obviously they don’t care about customers or customer service.

Vechile was not the size requested and made me quit frustrated Staff said there were no other vechile options available. The gas tank was just below a half tank of gas in it. It is the first time I picked up a rental without a full tank. And it makes it hard to refill to that level upon return. The staff were friendly, but did not resolve any of my issues. I needed this vehicle due to an ICBC claim. Also it now a month later still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

Fast and efficient service! They're so busy that they don't seem to ever answer their phone! The location is easy to find.

I do not recommend this company bad customer service, they don’t care for safety. I asked for winter tires and they said there was winter tires on it all seasons mud and summer don’t count, ps. they don’t like to answer phone calls only supposed to email and that doesn’t even work sometimes just answer your phone enterprise!

I rented a premium SUV for five days, leaving Vernon and traveling to Lake Louise/Banff before dropping the vehicle off at Calgary. I rented this vehicle type because i believed it was more likely to come equipped with winter tires and four-wheel drive. I was also carrying two sets of skis for my wife and me. When I arrived at the rental agency, I received a Hyundai Venue, which is probably the smallest SUV imaginable and not what I ordered. The car was only slightly longer than our skis. At the counter, I insisted on receiving a vehicle with winter tires as I knew I would need them on our drive to Lake Louise. The manager of the facility, James, told me that he could not give me a vehicle with winter tires because, as a matter of company policy, he was not allowed to send any of those cars out of the region. Our drive from Vernon to Lake Louise on Highway 1 with a small, front-wheel drive car without winter tires was absolutely terrifying. It was one of the most terrifying experiences we have had in recent memory. We very nearly lost control of the car on several occasions. I am shocked that the manager sent us out with this car knowing full well where we were going. I will not be renting any vehicles from Enterprise again as they apparently put their convenience over the safety of their customers. If you operate a rental company in British Columbia in the winter, all of your cars should have winter tires.

Didn't have the vehicle I asked for. And the one they gave me was dirty. But the staff was very helpful and accommodating. And did take money off.and were friendly and understanding. They made my experience better.

Would rate this place 0 stars if I could. My wife (who has a disability) had a reservation the pick up the vehicle. The total with the deposit came up just over the maximum allowed amount on our credit card. We offered to pay the deposit with cash and or debit, we even offered to pay double the deposit with cash or debit, and were denied and told the machine only processes credit cards and they don't take cash or debit( which is bull since we've done this before at enterprise) so long story short they left a disabled person stranded in Veron with no phone or way to contact anyone to get a ride. Luckily there is buses...so this buisness is total garbage, no respect, compassion or any want to try and help and make things work...hopefully the discussion with the manager proves fruitfull, I would hate for anyone else to have this problem. Edit After hearing back from a regional manager who has emailed me that debit is indeed accepted, I have this store's manager (James) still stating they do not take debit. It also states on the confirmation email that debit is accepted. My rating would continue to drop if possible.
