★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service department. Last weekend I went to take out my 2022 rv that I paid 50k for, I have had it for less then a month...went to go push the slide out and nothing no power. Troubleshooted and couldn't find anything out. Called pierson 9am Monday morning and spoke to bill, i was told I'd receive a call back Tuesday at the latest. It's now the end of the day Thursday and not a word back, I am going to have to now pay for a mobile tech to come and service my brand new trailer that's less then a month old because forest river dealers won't touch it because I bought it from Pierson in Kincardine. Jordan in sales was great but even he said I would 100% receive a call back this morning and it's now 2pm and haven't heard anything. Extremely disappointing. Stay away from this dealership at all costs unless you yourself are an RV tech!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a used electric golf cart from Pierson Motors just over a year ago. Price appeared to be ok but we asked that they replace all batteries with new. They charged us an addition $1,400. After this past winter in storage, the cart would not run and the batteries would not charge. We found out that only one new battery out of the 6 batteries were changed and the others were old or original to the cart. Two of the batteries had holes causing the fluid to leak out. Could not figure out during last summer why they would not fully charge. We now know that we got scammed. Another $1,200 to replace without installation or new cables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just purchased a new 2022 KZ Escape from Pierson Motors and wanted to say how pleased we were with the entire process. The model we wanted had to be ordered and arrived in less time than expected. Since it arrived in November, Pierson Motors is kindly storing it for us until spring.
Pierson gave us a fair price for our trade in and a great price on our new unit. Everyone was very responsive to our questions and a pleasure deal with. Can't wait for spring and camping with our new KZ.

We were extremely impressed with the sales service and process we experienced with him. This was a tremendous difference compared to all our previous car-salesmen experiences, this was nothing like that, it was a great experience. Jordan is fabulous!
Their prices are very competitive and fair from all our research. Jordan was very attentive, helpful and informative. We never felt pressured or "salesy". He took the time listen to and understand our needs and budget, and provided great suggestions and options that would suit us and answered all our questions.
When we picked it up earlier this week, Jordan and Zack took the time to go over everything with us and showed us how to use the various components. They were very patient with all our questions, understanding we didn't have any RV experience, which we really appreciated!!
I highly recommend Jordan and the team at Pierson Motors if you are looking for any type of tralier, RV, camper, or toy hauler. I have already sent 2 of my friends to him who were equally pleased. I wouldn't waste time looking elsewhere. Go to Pierson they are great! We are 2.5 hours away, each direction and we will return when we are ready to upsize for sure!

They were always easy to get ahold of to answer any questions throughout the process and Steve made sure to give us a thorough tour of the trailer when we arrived from 3+ hours away (well worth the drive!) we couldn’t be happier. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This summer will be our 3rd season with our trailer. Our experience with everyone there has been amazing! They are never too busy to answer our questions, being ‘newbie’ trailer owners, we have called or stopped by, a lot! We even use their storage lot, which is great! When we picked up our trailer last June, we discovered a flat. We called Pierson & they sent someone right away & there was no charge to us. I can’t say enough about our positive experience with Pierson Motors.
