Maira and the jewelry aspect within this store is fantastic. However, the clothing aspect of this store (aka Rung) is garbage. The lady who does the clothing has horrible customer service and I would never return. I ordered two dresses from her and when they came, they were not what I asked for even the material was different (the same week of my own wedding event) and when we told her how we felt that we did not receive what we asked for she made us feel like we were crazy (and also motioned to my mom as if she was crazy). We remained calm and nice throughout the entire experience, and out of respect for my mother I did not create a ruckus. However, if I had the chance I would have done so. I do not recommend Rung to anyone who asks me about my dress and never will, this woman is a rip off. Save your money and time.
However Maira and her jewelry are fantastic and I would recommend her, she is very welcoming and sweet.

Had a urgent wedding to attend, one the beads was missing asked to fix it . She was not at shop her employees said no. I was willing to pay to get it fixed. They kept saying they can do nothing to help me.When I got back home she called me & said I saw u at my shop asking to get jewellery fixed & used extremely bad language. She was very rude. I will not recommend you going to this place. Save ur money & time. Bad customer service & inappropriate language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store i have ever been to! The employees only know how to get extra money out of customers pockets ! That’s exactly what they are trained for! I will never enter that shop again and i highly recommend everyone to look for better jewelry stores in town and avoid this one!
I wanted a green necklace but they only had a red one at the store and so i asked them to change the beads to green. They agreed doing that for 25 dollars saying that they have to pay for labour as someone else does this but since i wanted the necklace the same day and didn’t have any time so i asked them for green beads which i could fix myself later. They charged me 25 dollars for green beads that you can easily get for 5 or 10 dollars !! And the employee also said that i should give her labour charges for searching for those beads for me . Just coz she figured out that her necklace had matched mine and i wanted it badly, she made me wait for 1.5 hours till she was done with every customer in the store and then gave me the beads and me being stupid waited patiently for her to get done with everyone. Yet she said that she lost so many customers coz of me ! She didnt even treat me like a customer. She was EXTREMELY RUDE. I wish to never see her face again ! I wonder how stores like theirs is still functional with such terrible customer service ?!
They are like those Pakistani stores jahan loog chale jate hain to store owner kehta hai ab aa gaye hain to zayada se zayada paise nikalwalo!

Boshra is so good with her choices she always recommend best for you. I have been buying custom Indian suits from her from last 3 years I don't have to look any where else cause she has variety for all functions.
