Infact, she went out of the way to help one of my renter that she had rented. I was in India and their heat stopped working in the middle of winter. Not only did she hire someone to fix the problem but also paid them. I would recommend her all the time and she will be my realtor for life.

We tried so many agents trying to zero down on a professional agent who would provide genuine advice but also one that wouldn't judge us. In my opinion, Rachel is more interested in Building long lasting relationships than making a quick bucks. She will not hesitate to point out flaws in a property relative to it's price. She won't allow you get over priced. Rachel is reachable any time and always willing to resolve your concerns. I can write a book about her. All I can say, she is simply the best, I recommend her without any hesitation. We were lucky to have Rachel as our agent in getting our first home in Canada and we hope to have her for many more properties to come!
