Their approach is simple and straightforward.
- they start by first understanding your need and then work with your budget to get you what you want.
They don’t just go and show you houses. They would
carry out their own due diligence before taking you to visit any house. They offer valuable advice on the quality of the house, the finishing, appliances etc. We never felt pressured to make an offer or close a deal but we benefited so much from their advice and negotiating skills. We are not first home buyers but we can say that we learnt a lot about property during that short time we were with them.

He understood our needs and got us an amazing deal in this crazy 2021 market. He would point out all pros/cons and how the house fits or does not fit in our requirements . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying your first home is like throwing dart in dark, you don’t know if it hits the right house, but if you have an advisor and agent like Asif who genuinely works for your interest then the process becomes uncomplicated and peaceful. Asif was always available to answer each question and he knows how to get a deal done. Our first offer on the first house was successful and we got a house below listing price in the crazy 2021 housing market. All thanks to his advice. He also has a good team to support the deal from all angles like inspectors, lawyers, movers etc etc... We definitely recommend Asif and wish him best for his future.

With dynamics of real estate market changing in Toronto drastically, we feared of having to pay more in order to buy a condo, but they helped us with great value for money deal helping us get our first home.
We tried working with some people before but went nowhere.
Asif and Sajid have been great at helping us and our friends finding their first home. Be it condo (that we purchased) or detached (our friends purchased) we have only heard and experienced supreme negotiation skills and expertise to make our process of home buying feel like a cakewalk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the opportunity to work with Asif on two occasions. On both occasions, he took the time to explain everything in detail and fought to get me the best deal. He helped me sell my condo, and came up with a brilliant strategy to drive traffic to my home and get me the best price. He also used his negotiation skills to make sure I got my asking price and more! When I went back to him to buy my first house, he was very patient with me; he took me to see as many places as I needed in order to find the right place (and it was many places!). He was always kind, understanding, and supportive and never made me feel like I needed to rush. Again, he used my budget and other must-haves I shared with him to ensure that I got what I wanted. And, in the end, he fought to make my dream house affordable. Because I was new to home ownership, he also helped to connect me with the people I would need to close the deal (e.g., broker, home inspector, real estate lawyer, etc.,). Everyone he referred me to were excellent and trustworthy, just like him. He did all of this with positive energy and excellent professionalism. To this day, we remain in touch and I would highly recommend him to everyone!
