My girlfriend and I called inquiring about a new build property and this lady answered the phone not willing to confirm she works for the company, but instead demanding we tell her who we are before she tells us who she is. We simply asked, “is this Sushma from ___ property”. A simple yes would have done, but no she screamed and demanded we tell her who’s calling and why we are calling. After sitting there in shock, she decided to hang up. I would never purchase a home from any company she is associated with and I truly hope century 21 reviews their agents.
