We first hired him to help us sell our home and he guided us on how to get our property ready to go on the market and sell for the highest price. He sold our home for much over the asking price and genuinely wanted us to get the best price possible. He then helped us purchase our new home not too long after. With the crazy hot seller's market, we lost out on a few homes that we offered on. However, he told us to be patient and trust him. We really wanted our new home to be in a specific area so we knew it wouldn't be easy with the way the market was going. In the end, he worked out an incredible deal for us on a property in the exact area of our preference.
