I like how they display the item and categories it. It makes it so easy to pick what I want quickly. Staff always ask if I need help and walk buy to offer help.

Good store had everything I was looking for. Has grooming, pets up for adoption, pet training and fish/small reptiles and rodents for sale. In the same plaza as Carter’s , Tim hortons and Buffalo Wild Wings

The trainer, Julia, is amazing! She gives great advice, and is so dedicated! She calls to check in, asks if there is anything you need help with, and is very knowledgeable!

Most of my dogs treats are from PetSmart. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Our golden retriever had an appointment with Darcy for grooming and we are appalled by the level of service we received. She was not friendly whatsoever, in fact she was very rude. We were 10 minutes late given that we had had a bad snowstorm and she gave us attitude. With the other places we went to, grooming our golden retriever always took no less than 3 hours. This time, we were called less than 2 hours later to pick up our dog. His tail was carelessly groomed and he does not look like himself. We were not given a report at the end of the appointment nor were we able to speak to Darcy. I highly encourage you not to deal with Darcy. At this point, I wonder how the other groomers are.

I gave two stars here because the manager at the end did try to rectify the situation in a nice way. Annie is the worst groomer we have ever been to and we groom our dog every 3-4 weeks. This was the first time we had to wait longer because he had surgery and we could not groom until he was healed. We were asked how much length we want our dogs fur to be and we said 3/4inch. She proceeded to cut 3/4 inches off and had him almost fully shaved down. This doesn't work for us because the dog gets super cold. She then tried to convince us that it was right and that's what we had asked for and what we had done in the past (never happened we have loads of pictures). She then tried to tell us that his fur was so bad that she needed to shave him down. She also told us in the past we've gotten these haircuts so she didn't understand the issue (again also incorrect). She was super aggressive and rude (no customer service skills) and then said we can talk to a manager if we want. The manager herself was nice and tried to listen to the situation. This happened via phone after we had left as my dog had wanted to leave and Annie was not friendly face to face. Further, when I went to pick up the dog I walked into the salon and there was howling and whining coming from at least two different dogs one of which sounded like mine. They asked met to leave the salon and pay at the front and I quickly did that. Then my dog came out - I spoke to Annie who was very defensive in insisting she was correct in her grooming (not possible). I left as my dog was eager to go. My dog did not stop whining/crying for at least 45 minutes and would not get out of my lap. I have no clue what Annie/PetSmart did or what happened but I will NEVER take my dog back here. We've been to this location in the past and have had no issues but in fact been very happy. However, after this issue and seeing my dog so upset I wont be able to bring him back here and likely he will be anxious to go. They did ultimately offer me a refund which I still need to collect.

Thank you for letting us train our dog in your store! Most pet stores want you to buy stuff and get out but you guys where super generous and kind :)

The one PetSmart that fights the PetSmart stereotypes. Amazing employees in the live section, never a problem with fish here or any other live animal. Wish the live plants looked a little nicer but that's the nature of the beast in live aquatic plants.
