I found Back to the Bone, and from the moment I walked in, I knew my bull terrier pup and I were in great hands! They are extremely knowledgeable and keep track of your pets diet and weight! I’ve never felt so sure about trusting people with my pets well being. Moose and I will be loyal customers for life- we cannot wait til it’s time to go back and stock up on more goodies- he goes crazy for goose necks! Thank you Back to the Bone!!! UPDATE A YEAR LATER: I LOVE this place w a passion. They know my face, my voice, remember small things like what I do for a living, they know my dog, they give rewards, they throw in extras. They’ll custom/ substitute meats in raw food pkgs when my dog is being picky. They’ve been amazing thruout pandemic making it so simple for us to simply call in 30 mins or so ahead and have our order ready and bring it outside w moneris- not having to do stupid pre order online 2 days prior. They do this while practicing safe covid protocols. Can’t say enough good things!

Our dog was always a happy little camper but since he's been put on the raw food diet suggested by Mike and Melissa he is more energetic, happier, and healthier. This store is highly recommended for all of your pet's needs. This is the best place for the highest quality raw and dry foods, as well as natural treats, pet health care products, toys, and accessories. THANK YOU!

The owners are friendly, know my dog and myself by name, and are very knowledgeable about the products and brands they carry. My dog especially loves the bone broth they make in-house! I’ve seen so many health benefits in my dog after we switched her to a raw diet. I’m thankful every day that I decided to check out Back to the Bone “on a whim” when it first opened. My dog and I have been loyal customers ever since.

I will now go out of my way to shop here as opposed to Rens which is only interested in making money for the store. Will inform my colleagues about this store when I return to teaching in the Fall.

Donna answered all of my questions and was incredibly patient and honest. I never felt pressured to buy and felt incredibly well supported in my decision to switch to raw. Anytime I have gone into the store, I am greeted with kind and knowledgeable staff. Their customer service is unmatched. They will go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied with your experience. My dog needed to gain some weight and they were extremely helpful with advice for me. I cannot recommend Back to the Bone enough!!! I only wish I had visited them sooner. The proof really is in the poop.

m	michael bull roberts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly will never buy from here or suggest to friends....Because of health reasons, I am often not able to leave my apartment so i have my items delivered from several stores without issue. I made a few orders from this shop and they were delivered to my apartment door with no problem. And for the high delivery fee of 15 bucks for local delivery. In my last order, they called to say I was to meet them in the lobby of my building after the person was frustrated at not being able to figure out my building address. I told them the address buzz code and apartment again, all that was already on the order if you can read..upon arrival the driver called and asked me to meet in the lobby I said I could not, that I paid for delivery, and repeated the buzz code number....minutes later the store itself called to say that as a rule they do not deliver to apartments only lobbies...meantime all my other orders by two different people came to my door...i asked him to cancel my order he said fine and hung up in my ear..I sent an email requesting a refund they have not emailed back and have not refunded my money. i will be making it well known what a rip off this was and unprofessional, they had no issue calling when they wanted to sell me more to increase my order and had no problem taking my credit card so there is no excuse not to refund to the same card
