★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just got our dog groomed. He's a Bichon Shih tzu cross . His coat is so thick and was getting so long. We've been waiting to get him in to his regular groomer, but we couldn't wait any longer. Poor guy was panting in the house cause he was too hot!! I was so happy to get him in this morning at Pets 101, 2573 Portage Avenue. Chelsea was the groomer. What an amazing job she did. So reasonable. We are switched and will be using her from now on! Thank you for helping Bailey!! See you in a couple of months!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog was groomed in October 2020 and came home with cuts all over his body that took weeks to heal. This is the only time this has ever happened and my dog has been to multiple groomers. I will never bring my dog back to Pets 101 again.

They claim my dog was matted. This is completely false. My dog has never in his life been matted, he has been to multiple groomers for the same cut before this and even at this facility, not once has anyone communicated to me that he was matted, it has literally never been an issue for my dog. We took him to our now permanent groomer and she informed us that he was brushed while still wet, which caused brutally painful cuts all over his body. Any good groomer would not do this. That was the issue and not matted fur like the owner claims.
