She is extremely nice and my pets like her. She does a very good job.

I don't leave reviews, especially bad ones but I am just awestruck at the lack of professionalism. I own 2 large dogs. Before the pandemic I'd been taking them to a well known groomer in the city for regular nail trims. Since this pandemic, I've had a very hard time getting them in with the hours I work. I found this place on Google. First, coming home late, one expects to have to leave voicemail, which I was prepared to do however, the voice message specifically states to call back because "voicemails aren't returned". That should have been my first red flag but, I called back. First time was right away then I figured, I'll give it a few minutes. I called back once more. A woman answered, I apologized for calling so late but explained I had just gotten home from work. I asked if she did nail trims. Not only was my question not answered but I was hung up on. Ok, fair enough, it was late. However, if you're running a business, doesn't matter from home, office or garage, you don't tell potential clients their voicemails won't be returned and you certainly don't hang up on people. Second, not everyone works normal daytime hours and some people have to sleep while the rest of the world is working. Don't be rude. There are better ways to handle things. I can't speak for the quality of work but after one brief conversation, I won't be calling back in the morning, or ever. I'm not bringing my dogs to someone who treats a person like that. I also deal with a local dog waste removal company and never have I ever been spoken to like this, and I've called later than 8 pm. They also have voicemail though.

I have been using this service for a few years now. Our dogs love going to see this groomer and run to the door to meet her. She has always provided great service, and her love for animals is very apparent. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Loved that my dog looked cute. Best grooming I have experienced and will certainly go back to Monica.

Monica the groomer is easy to deal with, she obviously loves dogs and my dog (doesn't really like strangers) took to her without issue. As a practitioner Monica is skillful and follows instruction to a "T". I endorse Dirty Hairies Pet Grooming!
