G	Gordon “grub” Grieder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What started as a minor issue (a leak in the tub) turned into a ~5 week ordeal with a broken main valve in the house, a broken outside cutoff, and broken water mains to our street. Plimcor/Henry were here every step of the process and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Starting from the beginning... We called up Plimcor and Henry showed up right on time to have a look at our leak in the tub. We couldn't turn off the house's inside cutoff so we called the city to turn off the water outside (the cutoff in the front yard). That outside cutoff was also broken, so we made an appointment for the city to come on the weekend to fix it. Henry said he'd come by when the city was here for that. Both the city and Henry arrived on time, but the valve in the front yard was really broken so they could not turn the water off. Now we had yet another appointment with the city for a larger job. A backhoe and crew arrived to dig a large hole in the front yard (it looks like a freshly dug grave right now...) and I called Henry. Sure enough, he showed up and this time the water to the house was finally off. He did an amazing job on replacing the new cutoff to the house with new brass fittings and an extra cutoff up the line Just In Case. We have a couple of bathroom renovations coming up soon and won't hesitate to have Plimcor do the work. We're super lucky to have found Plimcor. Henry is reliable, on-time, reasonably priced, and just an overall great guy to deal with.

After speaking to Henry and explaining the situation he moved his day around and made room for me. Called him at 10 he was there at 1. Replaced the valve in 20 minutes and had the water back on within the hour. Longest wait was the city. If you have an emergency or worried about water leak etc...not to mentioned any other plumbing job, call Henry he will help. 6 stars.... 5 not enough

The were exceptionally rude when dealing with me. Would not even provide a quote with the assumption that we would want the "cheapest" service, which is not the case as the cheapest generally means the worst service. I assume because I'm a young woman with a starter home, the person dealing with me decided to write me off completely. Would not recommend at all.

He showed up on time and on a Sunday and Monday to do the work, since we are only closed Sunday and Monday. Which it amazing that he was so accommodating to do that for us. Very professional and friendly. He really new what he was doing! Will use Him for our future plumbing issues
