Make almost Impossible to make a proper review. This company is so crooked and liars. Purchased a for ac and heating package. Was installed incorrectly and now they had no problem come for quote and do the job none. Now they did put incorrectly. They refuse to come back and fix there mistake. Checked out but a HVAC TECH. 300 dollars to come and take a look at it according to penguin . Non refundable. I have to pay for the company mistake. I am writing this for my girlfriend as I know live in yours house. The amount of overselling and food not receive 2nd filter is terrible and would not have happened.. if I was here. So r her name is Denise in Morris MB.. Before you say Im not a customer.. Read my reviews in no troll this is a terribly run and managed company which have extremely bad comstomer care or relations.. Please contact me if you experience similar problems after spending a extravagant amount of money to end up with treatment like this. Thank you for reading

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH PENGUIN!!! First issue they addressed with my AC was not resolved. Failed to fix the issue and never came back to address it later. Decided to give them a second chance a few years later. Waited 3 weeks during a heat wave for them come in and service my AC. My house was at 30 degrees. 2 days before the appointment they called and cancelled the appointment because they did not have anyone qualified to service my AC. They claimed it was a safety issue to climb to my roof where my compressor sits. I understand that safety is important, but i clearly noted when i made the appointment that i needed someone who can go on my 2 story homes roof. They said it would be no problem. But to only realize they couldn't do the job they agreed to 2.5 weeks later? After I complained they offered to send someone as a constellation prize to see if they can fix it from ground level (I knew it couldn't be done since the compressor sat on the roof). Called elsewhere and got the job done in 2 days. Didn't have to wait 3 weeks either. I asked for the owner or manager to call me about this issue as I felt extremely disrespected and they never called. They don't care about customer service. Too bad, i was considering them to install a new boiler in my house, now i won't be calling them at all.

Aug 4: I ask if they can fix my dehumidifier as an appliance. Givan, their service rep, says yes and that it is not a problem so I drop off the humidifier. I explain that the dehumidifier was bought for $150 so we do not want the work done if it is not possible to fix. Aug 7, 10, 11, 12: We call and speak to several people. Their technicians do not have time. I reiterate to one of their reps, Rochelle, that we do not want the work done if it is not possible to fix. Aug 18: They call us to tell us that it is fixed so we go to pick up. Before we pay, we reiterate that it must be fixed, otherwise, we want a refund. Rochelle says our unit is worth $500 which is a lie. A new dehumidifier is ~$250. They say they guarantee their work and they will send someone to our house to continue working on the dehumidifier if it is not working. Aug 19: It is not fixed so we call. They will not give us a refund. They say they will send their best technician to fix the dehumidifier. Aug 19 continued: Owner of Penguin/technician comes. He looks at our machine and says he only works on industrial units so he leaves. He says work was a diagnostic. We never would have agreed to that. it would not have been worth the value of the machine. They NEVER used the word diagnostic. They only said that they fixed the machine. Conclusion: These people are thieves and liars. Horrible, horrible, dishonest people.

I called them because other good company are busy in winter so they inspect the furnace and told me the fan not working they replaced the fan then they told me the board not working I end up paying half price of new furnace

I work for a competitor company. One of my customers had an "upgrade" sold to them by this company which was a second filter rack (a hole cut into their ducting with a 1 inch filter jammed into it). This "upgrade" will cause the static pressure in your furnace to skyrocket (leading to the furnace overheating and WILL cause problems/premature failures with some of the safety components inside the furnace (hi limit blower motor and the heat exchanger). So please if they have sold/installed this type of upgrade to your system please remove the second filter they put in and just use your original filter rack your furnace will thank you.

Had them instal a new high efficiency furnace and AC system three years ago. We thought it was a good deal. They sent a group of kids to do the instal. They did hald the job and left, and we did not know untill a few days later, but they also unplugged our deep freezer. Furnace has never worked consistently and has needed yearly servicing for thermostate issues. Zero star service.

I can't believe how bad this company is. We installed a brand new furnace couple years ago and all we had was trouble with it. Despite our troubles they kept charging us every time we call to be fixed. Do not go with this company

Penguin Heating sent a rep to check our furnace and it didn't go well. However, when I complained they not only issued a refund for the appointment cost, but also offered me a $50 coupon for my next service. It's nice to see a company that listens to customers and stand by their work when there is an issue. Thank you, Penguin Heating!
