R	Rui Qi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them this morning to come to my house check our overhead door, Tech came and didn't do anything just told my wife "this is tube I can do nothing about it, you have to call wallace or creative door" and asked for 70 bucks! if you can do nothing or you have technical limitation why you didn't tell me at first place? I called the owner and told him your tech didn't do anything we didn't get any services, 70 bucks are too much for just by telling us to call other companies! we could like to pay for gas and have the rest money back, owner said it's my choice! we are not professionals and we are expecting professionals to help us and give us best services, not just come to people's house and tell them we can do nothing about it and ask for money! I will tell all the people I know and I will contact related department to file a formal complaint about this so called services!
A	Anthony Falvo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been having ongoing issues with the cheap weather stripping Kotelniski uses. It warped immediately in the sun and their worker who was kind enough to troubleshoot it with me had been out a couple of times trying to figure it out with me. They then came tried to use shorter weather stripping pieces but that has left huge gaps which I had to fill in with caulking on the top and bottom. I found some flat screws that holds it in place but the weatherstripping is too short. Snow and rodents have a way in the garage in the winter and it looks awful. When I called for him to put the proper length the owner of the company got hostile and said there would be a charge for parts and labour. They never did things properly from the beginning and my newer garage doors look terrible. If you are dealing with garage doors and garage door products, you should be able to satisfy the customer to do a job properly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
C	Christian W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, fair price! Kotelinski had a sticker on my garage door opener that likely dates back 20+ years that was there when I bought my house. When I have had problems with my garage door I give them a call. I have had them out twice in the past 5 years to fix problems with my roller, track etc... I have a very old garage with a dirt floor that shifts quite a bit requiring service every few years. Kotlelinski are fast, do the job right and all at a reasonable price. I would recommend calling them if you require overhead door repairs. Another successful repair!

Before 430pm someone had come over, assessed what springs were needed (discontinued door), went back and had them made, and came back and installed them. They left an invoice for a very reasonable price. We were referred to Kotelniski and will certainly pass their name on to others. Great service. Great value.

Best price I've had yet in terms of fixing the doors. My parents have also used their services on a few different occasions and the service has always been great. I highly recommend them to anyone.
