★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can count on one hand the amount of times the gate opener installed by this company has actually worked, have lost count of the times it hasn’t worked. Paid a lot of money for a gate and obviously made a mistake in hiring this company to install an opener. At this point it would be easier to just get out and physically open the gate every time. They are impossible to get a hold of and to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired to put on a Craftsman electronic gate opener. The gate opener was installed backwards, and not level. He was not willing to work with the guy who made the gate for installation, therefore had to guess on things and come out more then needed for first time installation. The craftsman gate opener that we bought had an error code on it and he installed it anyways. Other parts were installed backwards. This guy is so hard to get ahold of, even though website says 24/7 help.
