★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely fast response time when our garage door broke. They fully explained what they were doing and why, and gave us maintenance tips. Didn’t try to upsell us and were very genuine and helpful.
I’m so impressed with the quality of work, honesty, and fair prices. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my original wooden garage door started to rapidly deteriorate, I called around to different garage door companies in the city in a slight panic. Most of them told me that it would be at least a few weeks before they could do my install due to busyness or lack of stock. However, River City Doors offered to prioritize my install due to the time sensitive nature of my situation. The following day, they sent me a very reasonable quote and an appointment for just a couple of days later. Their team was punctual (in fact, they were even a bit early) and the lead technician was very polite, competent, and knowledgeable. After the install he gave me a walkthrough of the everything and answered all of my questions. He even explained to me that a gap in my moulding was allowing mice to get into my garage and suggested a solution. Talk about above and beyond. I'm very happy with my new door and overall experience. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to have their garage door replaced or serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We realized something was wrong with our garage door opener yesterday when it wouldnt fully open. My car was stuck inside. River City sent someone to at least get my car out for the day, and booked to repair it the next day.
He told us the spring was busted and the door couldn't be manually opened.
Instead of having to wait until the next day, they made time and returned later in the afternoon. It was repaired and I was able to get my car out for the evening.
Such a fantastic family run business. They installed our new opener last year, then quickly repaired the spring and inspected it, the same day we called, this time around. They really know their product and have great customer service. Definitely would only recommend River City Doors for any garage door troubles, or if you need a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them and sent video. They responded with a detailed proposal and a fixed quote. Other company wants to come over to look first and charge inspection fee .... I prefer River City Garage way of doing business.
They showed up as promised and got it fixed within 1 hour. I am happy with them and would recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My garage door was not opening and closing and the technicians that came were very friendly. They came when they said they would, called ahead of time, and communicated well with me. They put in the time to tinker and troubleshoot and found a solution to fix what we already had, instead of just resorting to replacing the whole thing. We really appreciate this. They also provided a courtesy screw tightening of my garage doors. They were quick to get the part they needed within the hour, came back and finished the job well. Our garage door has been working as it should since. They also gave some tips for garage security options. I recommend them and would be happy to come back for more business in the future.

River City doors went above & beyond!
After calling 2 other local reputable companies, River city was the only one willing to do the repair on the same day at a reasonable price (no extra emergency call-out fee).
I sent photos and they were able to quickly identify the problem. The gentleman that did the repair was knowledgeable, professional and prompt. He even gave suggestions to extend the life of our 14yr old garage door.
I’ve already recommended them to our neighbours! I’ll definitely call River City Doors for any future repair/replacement of our doors.

I had a garage door repair to be assessed for repairs and now awaiting a quote for 2 bottom panels. 6 hinges were added to make the door more stable. Those were not put on by previous install. I’ll update review when quote and install is done. This company was recommended by a friend who had work done and let me know they were a family run company which I liked, and he was quite happy with work that was done for him. A garage door install.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ River City did an amazing job first coming out to see my garage for the double door replacement, providing good advice about door options to meet my needs (no pressure up-selling to something more costly I didn't need), best pricing compared to competitors and the installation was perfect. Highly skilled installers did great job to get doors tightly fitted and running quiet and smooth and looking great, especially given they replaced the original doors that are over 40 years old.
Very friendly family business easy to work with, straight forward billing, left me totally satisfied with the product and service. I would recommend River City Doors to anyone.
