★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They replaced the springs on our garage door for a price that was well below what we were quoted from a larger company. Great service too. And one day later on I accidentally backed into the door as it was opening, and the door would no longer close. They came to take a look the same night and it ended up being minor; a spring had popped out, but it was my fault. They fixed it and didn't charge me. These guys are great, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're having some opener troubles and I thought I'd call Atlas against since they did a great job of install of the door. They remembered me this many years later. Solved my problem over the phone. No charge.
In an ocean of noisy corporations vying for my dollars, Atlas is an island of calm. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this company. In 2014 I found this company while trying to get an emergency repair on my garage door (vehicle trapped inside). They were able to respond WAY faster than anyone else. Friendly service and great price.
Just recently I had the exact same experience on a new house. Called John and he was able to respond that night. Did an expert fix on the door for a very reasonable price.
I do not think I would call anyone else but Atlas in the future. They have strongly earned my trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No showed - twice. After not showing the day he said he'd be there, I called near the end of the day, he said he was busy and said he'd come tomorrow. He never came. No calls either. Communication is key, if he called and needed to put it off again, i'd have no problem with that.
