★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop had been recommended to me severally, but like most people I was hesitant to trust my vehicle with a shop that wasn't familiar to me. After brining my vehicle to this shop, I am convinced that this shop is the best around and I will be taking my car to Durham Autocare from now on. This is why I think this shop is great:
1. The dealership I had previously been taking my car to for service misdiagnosed my problem and was going to charge me to replace a part that didn't need replacing while leaving the part that actually needed to be replaced untouched. I would have been driving with messed up steering thinking it was fine had I not brought my care to Durham Autocare.
2. At Durham Autocare, they actually brought me into the shops back end and showed me visually exactly what the problem was and how it had been misdiagnosed at the dealership.
3. The prices at Durham Autocare (for both parts and labour) are significantly cheaper than the dealership I had been taking my car to.
4. Durham Autocare was super fast. I waited about a half hour for the service to be completed, and this included them correctly diagnosing the issue, ordering and receiving the part, repairing the vehicle and having me on my way.
5. The customer service was amazing. I learned this shop has been around for over 14 years and their service standard is a good reason why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best mechanic shop around. Not only are the prices on point but the staff goes above and beyond. I needed some urgent repairs and dropped my vehicle off in the morning and it was in an out on the same day. They replaced my damaged radiator at a great price. Thanks once again for such great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermes and his right hand man are the best! I especially like how they take the time to explain what is being serviced and if any issues come up you are notified right away, with no suprise costs in the end. The work done is always consistant and thorough.
I normally don't trust other dealerships/ mechanics with my car, but I trust him and his team completely! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 30 year old F350 flatbed Beast, here to have the rear springs re-arched because they were completely flat. I told them I regularly carry 3000+ lbs and they suggested I add more leafs which i did.
The Beast' ride quality improved dramatically and carries heavy load with ease.
They had it in an out in half a day for a great price.
I would recommend Durham Autocare to anyone looking to have suspension work done on their vehicle.
