★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I called to order a bearing on a Friday and was told they'd look into it and get back to me on Monday. After not hearing from them I called the following Thursday and was told that the bearing was not available. It would be nice if they respected their customers enough to at least contact them about availability when they say they look into it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been there half a dozen times so far; always very helpful and reasonably priced. I work on a lot of vintage equipment with obsolete part numbers for bearings & seals, NOS is rare & cost-prohibitive, and they're always able find modern options with the same specs. Even for small orders that hardly seem worth their time, they still help. Very thankful for these people!
