★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talk about a mechanic at the top of his game. Brad’s shop repairs competently and is honest—a good starting point. But it’s when problems aren’t clear-cut that the men are separated from the boys…as when my blower motor sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. Since Brad only saw the blower when operative, he even challenged me if there was a problem. Now, that’s the extent he puts himself in his client’s shoes. Usually, the right approach is to let symptoms show themselves enough to enable an unquestionable diagnosis. Unfortunately, I was driving to a remote place and had no time. His experience with Subarus suggested a faulty blower motor. We changed that, plus the resistor, to better our chances. Still, he couldn’t guarantee that there’d be no problem afterwards. This is the ticklish instance when one has to weigh probabilities versus consequences. Since the parts were not costly relatively, I had decided to have both parts changed for greater peace of mind. Bottom line, Brad works with his client all the way—especially when the problem isn’t clear-cut. Now that is the top level for a mechanic. Highly recommend him.

Brad is professional, open and transparent every step of the way as he will walk through what has to be done. Brad is efficient and will get your repair done with the best turnaround time. I would not trust my Audi Allroad with any other mechanic.
