★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a car in May from Boss Auto. Soon after I noticed my air conditioning wasn't working the greatest. I called Moe and he told me my coolant was probably low and the guys at the shop would take care of it. Easy! Which did work for a couple of days. However my a/c basically went back to what it was a few days later. I called Moe again and told him and he again said no problem sounds like a leak, just bring it in the guys. That was probably early June. I live about an hour away from the shop and it was quite hard to get down there with work. I by my own fault only, left this issue until about mid August. I finally had a week off and called Boss Auto Service. I told them what had happened and they told me to come by whenever I could. Ended up I needed a whole new coolant reservoir. I had left the issue so long I expected to pay something for the service and parts. I was so happy when they told me everything worked out great, a new part was installed and nice cold a/c again. I was told no charge for anything at all. I was so happy and grateful! I am so thankful I waited to go to BAS when it was possible because it just reassured me I will continue to go back to them for any future car needs. I appreciate the time and work they have spent on my car and couldn't be happier now I have a place I can trust to go back too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my 2017 here to get a Safety Certificate and they determined within minutes that it would not pass simply by looking at it. They did nothing more than look at the wheels, did not even complete the inspection, provided me with zero receipt or paperwork and still charged me $100. My husband took this vehicle hours later to another mechanic and the car passed inspection without any issues, stating that it was in perfect condition. I would be wary of this shop as a female who is trusting the mechanic to be honest with them, that was my mistake.
Edited to add that I had my oil changed 2 days before this, and the person who was buying the car also took it to a mechanic the day before to have it looked and no one mentioned anything about the brakes which I suspect they would if they were so unsafe. Also, they never tested anything so claiming that my car was not able to brake is just a speculation and not an actual fact, unlike the mechanic who actually completed the test.
Edited to add again as they are now falsely blaming me for leaving "fake reviews" and calling me petty, that mine is the only review I have left and have stated nothing but facts. A legitimate inspection is supposed to have several components and methods of testing, they completed none of them and charged me for an inspection. They did not test the vehicle, and did not provide a proper inspection form as they did not inspect anything. I'm not sure what there is to dispute on that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boss Auto is trustworthy and their rates are fair. They will only fix what NEEDS to be fixed and will only advise you if something really needs to be done. They have great customer service and quick turnaround times to get their customers back on the road.
You can tell there is a lot of pride in this business. Boss Auto is that "few and far between" great mechanical service everyone is looking for. We have left satisfied every time.
Special shout out to Daniel. He's the man. Really knowledgable and friendly.

The service provided was excellent and fast. They were honest and upfront about all costs and kept them to a minimum.
Boss Auto operates with utmost honesty and integrity and left no doubt in my mind about the services rendered.
My car is driving like new now. I can drive confidently knowing that me and my family are safe in this vehicle.
The owner treated me with respect and took the time to look for quality parts at competitive prices and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
I will wholeheartedly recommend Boss Auto to all my family, friends, and respected review readers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred here from my friend who just had an incredible experience, and I’m glad my experience was the same! The atmosphere was incredibly positive and the men were knowledgeable. My car was repaired SO FAST, and when I went to pick it up I was thoroughly explained all the work that was done. I was informed of the price before all work was done and they even called and informed of a possible increase and asked me how I’d like to proceed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently bought a car at Boss Auto Sales and were very happy with the service and the warranty options on their used cars. After picking up our vehicle we noticed a few issues and brought it back within the full warranty period to Boss Auto's sister Service Centre. The staff there were super helpful and friendly and evaluated the issues with the vehicle and said they would take care of it. It was not an easy fix but they persevered and made things right with the car. So happy with the vehicle and the integrity of the service of the whole team. We'll be back for our next car.
