★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to thank Russ for transporting our car Ontario to Florida. He picked up at our daughter’s & they were impressed with how professional Russ was. He kept us posted on his progress & we received our car a day early. Mackie came highly recommended by a friend that only uses them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had Mackie transport my car from Ontario to Saskatchewan. Throughout the entire process from the day I made my first contact with Sandy to when the car was delivered by Shaun, the driver, everything went perfectly. Mackie provided me a timeframe of when the car would be picked up and delivered to its final destination. They were right on time.
Shaun was very professional throughout the entire loading process and handled my car with care. He also kept me informed on the progress he made throughout the trip.
Shaun well done.
I have absolutely no reservations about dealing with Mackie and based on my experience would recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service you can get, first delivery confirmed, no show. 2nd delivery no show and now the 3rd delivery, been told driver on the way, again no show. Even though the customer service agent was nice and polite, I honestly do not know how this system works with this kind of poor delivery services.

Transporting a vehicle across Canada is never an easy logistical feat. I note that several reviews talk about a delayed shipment but that's par for the course. I had a new car delivered from Ontario to BC and Mackie damaged it. If it were not for my knowledge of the law and me threatening to file a lawsuit, I probably wouldn't have gotten money from Mackie for damages that they caused. I would avoid Mackie if possible. I am significantly disappointed with their approach to shipping vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used Mackie for 3 cross boarder vehicle relocations and they have been outstanding! Sandra at dispatch has been wonderful, she had to hound me a couple time for not giving the paperwork on time but I always appreciated her reminders (sorry)! Paul our driver for 2 of the relocation is a gem, he’s a salt of the earth kind of guy. Cecil our other driver was the same just a great guy very helpful and both were extremely responsive and kept in constant contact with us throughout the delivery. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
