★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very nice location. I know it's a truck yard but there was nowhere to park my vehicle. The name on the building says arkham and not CSA. Difficult address to find with no numbers or name on the fence. I'm hoping they can make adjustments in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 2 days shipment took one week ,and still didn’t arrive till Wednesday 2nd Dec. Not organised not professional, they promised to get my shipment on 29th November and after i called they said sorry till Wednesday Dec 2nd we will ship it

The comment from someone else about Arkann trucking- they are a transfer spot for CSA's LTL deliveries, not a retail shop...but they too offer the convenience of picking up there if you can't wait for the truck freight. They are really friendly and helpful there too. It is, as noted a truck depot, not a spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had a couple shipments that they've handled poorly and was quite disappointing. We had to make multiple attempts to arrange for a pick up, they would confirm a pick up date and not show up (3 days!!). On our next shipment, we asked for a delivery appointment, we even called earlier that day to confirm their arrival time, but they still did not show up. When we asked, they lied and told us that someone at our office rejected them, and later we called and they said their yard cannot accommodate their 53 footer. Unprofessional and poor management yet they refused to admit they did anything wrong. Their prices might be lower, but you get what you pay for. Never using them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CSA takes the hassles out of our company's freight requirements. Gary has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Quick responses and very polite. I have had several deliveries now with the company. All very responsibly priced and overall execution from time of pick up to delivery , is immaculate. Will absolutely being using CSA for all of our future freight requirements. WELL DONE!!

Moving freight is probably one the biggest challenges we have with our group, and Mike has been so consistent in providing reliable service. Highly recommend this group and even more so Mike Rabel.
