They explained the minor repairs that needed to be made in layman’s terms, which was helpful for someone with no mechanical background. The prices seem to be set rates, and they struck me as honest and helpful people. I’ve worked with NAPA autopro in other cities where I have lived and I have always been really happy - I was not disappointed this time, either.
