They don't make the springs anymore for this (20 years old), but Jab in the parts department at Creative Door told me exactly which upgraded parts I could use to make it work, and sold them to me at a good price. You were a great help, and saved me a bunch of money by not having to have a service person come out and do something that I could do myself. Somebody give that guy a Christmas bonus!

Most recently, a 'lean-to' project on the side of my shop became a secure enclosed equipment shelter. To top it off, it has two garage doors, which makes it exceptionally handy. This was really all thanks to a few phone call with Ashley while I was contemplating the project. She asked the right questions and provided me good options to consider .. (and ultimately sold me!) especially on installing TWO doors. What a great idea. Very pleased with the quality and the pricing along with personal service. Made for another great project! Both vehicles inside and no way to even manually open the door because it probably weighs about 400 pounds! Talk about panic mode. Early the next morning, I called Creative Door pleading my case hoping they could have someone help me out assuming that it might be a couple of days before help arrived. Even though their own computer system had gone down during the night and was still not up and running, Todd went out of his way and assured me that he would do his best to get me out of this pickle same day. True to his word, he had Service Technician Dal here mid-afternoon. Best of all, I was given a 15% discount on both parts and labour for being an AMA Member. Talk about going above and beyond to help out a customer. Thank you kindly to Todd and Dal for their professionalism. I highly recommend Creative Door. Roger Rabbit

Ashley worked really hard to meet my special needs and communicated with me in a proffessional mannner. Installers were also very friendly. My basement garage had a smaller opening than most of other homes. They presented solution and the pricing was reasonable. Some smaller companies just walked away.. I am happy about my choice. It was a possitive experience with Creative Door. I would recommend!
