★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Overhead Door because it was recommended that I do some regular maintenance and tighten the spring on my door... Overhead door sent out Scott S. to my rescue! His Customer Service was phenomenal! He was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional! He even gave me a 15 minute call ahead so I had a heads up he was on his way. If all of their service people are similar to Scott, I highly recommend Overhead Door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. everything was working before door was exchanged. He couldnt figure out he knocked the sensers out of whack.....which I am told blew my circuit board.....according to the tech....I have to pay for the replacement.....and service costs.......going to find a lawyer and get a hold of BBB......this is rediculous.......how do I give negative stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted them about paint peeling.. See photos.. Lasted less than 3 years. Out of warranty so they wouldn't do anything. That's ok.. But when i asked about getting a backup battery for my opener they were clueless. They didn't have my correct opener model in their file ( even though they did our install). I sent them photos of my opener. They said they could special order a battery but wouldn't guarantee it would work, i wouldn't be able to return it, and they charge $180 + gst. A five minute search on Google and I found the correct battery shipped to my door from the US for $135 Canadian shipping included. I would love to support local business but this level of incompetence is unconscionable. Had much better luck with creative door at my last house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to keep short , stay away . if u have to deal with them always take a copy of what they write . I was talked into changing the segment as it will look better and was "beyond repair" and they will straighten the rails on TOP . it turned out they brought the same segment missing some paint as it chipped off the top the car still damage signs on it and MISSING the Long support part cause was beyond repair ?? . been more than 1 year . called many times opened claims, sent pictures , polite on the phone but never keep their word and NOT TRUST WORTHY , Stay away if u can .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New garage door on a new home build. Garage door had an issue and the bracket connected to the lift arm of the opener was damaged. Overhead Door called promptly to book an appointment with me once my builder had reported the issue. Got a call from from the Technician 10 mins prior to arrival, and within the promised appt window. My Technician arrived and was very professional and ready to address the issue. My Technician (Aharvey) was able to see the issue, explain to me what was happening/wrong, and able to walk me through what the repair process would be. Aharvey was very personable and worked quickly, and was careful and mindful of my vehicle that was in his work area. Aharvey completed the work and tested the door with me to make sure I didn't have any remaining questions or concerns. I'm very pleased to have the door repaired and working again in a timely fashion, Great Job Overhead Door staff and Aharvey!
**Also on a side note, very happy that extra preventative maintenance was performed on the door (visual inspection/oiling of all moving parts and the springs/adjustment) was completed as part of the service call.
