For the past two years my husband has been looking for a replacement 9w UV light for his pond with no luck. He was always able to get one only at Home Depot, but now it appears it’s not on their order list any longer. Not expecting too much as we already contacted our two local Home Depot Stores here in Windsor Ont., we decided to contact Angelo Decòr International Inc. directly. We were contacted by “Chuck” who informed us that with the efforts of many, they found one buried deep in the stock room. At this point we were so elated that it felt like they moved heaven and earth to help us and they could send it to us later this week. We can’t thank Angelo Decòr International Inc. enough for the efforts they went through to locate one for us. They are truly a customer-oriented company. My experience with the customer support has gone roller coaster. At the beginning, they were responsive and addressed the missing parts in a timely manner. At a bit later time (2-3 weeks after the purchase), we noticed the water pump was not functioning well, and informed the customer service, they responded quickly and promised to send a replacement pump, but the replacement pump has never arrived. I have been trying to contact them by email for multiple times but no responses whatsoever. It seems that they do not really care or just ignore the customer as they want. Most likely I will return the whole fountain in next 1-2 weeks if the replacement pump issue is not resolved. Post review note (20Sep2019): the replacement pump arrived during the week, thanks for promptly resolving this issue.

I was not clear of how the three main pieces aligned together, customer service did not have pictures immediately but took the time to get some for me which solved the issue

I bought the Angelo Decor "Folia" fountain from Home Depot and when unpacking I noticed the pump was missing. Angelo Decor customer service went out of their way to help me provide the required information to them and within the same day shipped the missing pump! I love the fountain it is really beautifully made and now whenever I look at it I will remember this pleasant encounter as well.

I have purchased many a fountain from Angelo Decors over the years. And have been very happy with them. However after a few years they either need to be replaced or I just want a change. BUT this time I am not happy. Upon buying the $300 MALIBU fountain, within 2 weeks the pump seized which in all fairness they sent a new one. NOW after having this fountain running for ONLY 6 weeks. It is loosing its paint in many places. I have contacted them and the only response I got was paint and seal it. We do not cover this. Now had it been an older fountain I would get it. Fountains do experience wear and tear. But it seems to me this one was NOT sealed right from the beginning. Oh sure they offered me a $25 gift cert. to buy the paint and seal. BUT this whole thing needs to be redone. It is roughly 4 ft tall. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FOUNTAIN. Thanks Angelo Decor. I have an ugly fountain in my yard.

They have amazing designs of fountains, waterfalls and items for gardens. The customer service is great. They have a special going on for 25% off. Visit the store it is amazing.

We purchased our fountain about 10 years ago and have enjoyed it every summer. When we first bought it, Home Depot gave us a discount as it had been a display model and it was missing the access cover to the pump. I called Angelo Decor and explained I wished to purchase another access cover and that I’d be happy to pay for it, given that we’d received a discount. They wouldn’t hear of it however and shipped us the cover at no charge. Our fountain runs 24/7 throughout the summer and upon setting it up this year, we noticed that it needed a little touch up in a few spots. Their website provides informative tips on how to spruce it up and make it look like new again, which ours now does. This is a quality product that will provide years of enjoyment and add a tranquil ambiance to any backyard, patio or garden.

Great to see a company that actually cares about customer service these days. I bought the last fountain from Home Depot and when I opened it looked like a damaged return was put back on the shelf. I contacted Angelo Decor immediately and they replaced the damaged part immediately. Can't wait to set up again this summer.
