Please read carefully, do not choose this company for your car insurance because when the needing time will come, the only thing you get from them is rudeness, racism, unsupportive and cheating behavior. Overall a total regret for having chosen, and having given your money to them. I hope I can save you from having the terrible experience I suffer with them. With love, me.

β β β β β The Auto centre did a spectacular job, and delivering before the promised date.. I just had some problems for the claims processing with Meloche Monnex which has now been resolved.

β β β β β The repair part was ok but thay charged me extra for the rental.
before gicing my car back, they cancelled the rental and I had to pay it out of my pocket.
They said that they will reimburse the money but nobody is getting back to me. My contact person doesn't respond to my emails. The last time I heard from them saying that "They will issue the refund was in January 27. It has been almost 3 months since my payment and I am still waiting for my reimbursement.

β β β β β Everything in one shop. Before I tried to manage the repair on my own and it was stressful. This shop does everything at one place, with rentals ready at their shop. Very professional and friendly staff with client service focus. With my vehicles, I'd not go anywhere else.

β β β β β Definitely happy with the service. Mohammad helped us to file the claim and he explained the process in detail for us. Nothing to complain. When we went to pick up the car, the staff were so helpful and friendly. She walked us to the car and explained what has been done plus the warranty. Definitely recommend it! ?
