About Klassen Kitchens (Jake Klassen's Kitchen Gallery)
Originally Jake Klassen’s Kitchen Gallery, Klassen Kitchens was founded more than 42 years ago when Jake Klassen noticed a niche market for re-modelling kitchens in people’s homes. When our company first started, we sourced cabinetry from outside companies, but economic changes in the late eighties and nineties meant that we could no longer acquire cabinets for a reasonable price, and that’s when one of our employees suggested we start making our own. Today, we’ve been manufacturing our own custom cabinetry and millwork for more than 25 years, and we’re proud to say we have the flexibility to make anything.
We’ve always been dedicated to serving clients in Winnipeg and throughout North America, but we’re also dedicated to serving our community. We offer discounted rates to non-profit organizations, community centres, churches, members of the clergy, and charitable organizations, as well as making donations when we can. We’re not sure where or when this mentality started, but it’s always been an important part of our company.
Looking forward, as the ownership of Klassen Kitchens transitions to Jake’s son, Lorne Klassen, we plan on continuing the consistent business practices and quality custom workmanship that has sustained us for more than four decades, while at the same time reaching out and developing new relationships with different communities throughout Winnipeg.

β β β β β We're going on ten (10) years since Klassen's rebuilt the interior of our home. Of course things wear out and sometimes break. Lorne and his team have been beyond spectacular in taking care of us. The issues have been small and most people might not notice them. This is the best company in town. They are honorable, follow through, and great to deal with. If you're looking for a company to do your kitchen or any part of your home, these guys are the best!!!

β β β β β We just did a kitchen renovation with new cabinet facings from Kitchen Gallery. Our cabinets were purchased from Kitchen Gallery 30 years ago, and are still in excellent condition. When I called Lorne at Kitchen Gallery he immediately found the file with the cabinet dimensions, and the new doors and drawers were made from those drawings. A perfect fit! Lorne was great in helping us find material that suited our kitchen. The installers were artisans of the highest order, and very professional. We are very satisfied with the results.

β β β β β Klassenβs just finished our kitchen. We were told 5 weeks from start to finish, and it was done on time!
Between Helmut and Lorne Klassen, every detail was taken care of. The electrician and plumber arrived on the correct days and times, there was no wasted days.
The demo guys were in and out in 1.5 days. They were professional, neat and cleaned after they finished.
The installer Olexandr was beyond competent and the finisher, Jae was a perfectionist. He could do everything from installing to drywalling.
Helmut was in almost every day making sure that everything was done properly. My wife had a smile on her face throughout the entire process and was beaming when they finished.
If anyone wants to get their kitchen done, please call Lorne Klassen, heβs the best!!

β β β β β We had a total gut of our kitchen this fall , even removed an exterior door and added new French doors.
Lorne and his team were so professional and easy to communicate with.It took me a while to decide on a kitchen plan and the shape of our room was to blame. Lorne was very patient with helping to work out a plan that was a very personal design suitable for our lifestyle.
Ascent remodeling (Arranged through Klassen Kitchens). did the demo and rebuilding.They too are an amazing hard working team. So thankful Lorne arranged for us to benefit from their Expertise.
Klassenβs has very experienced cabinet fitters, most of our fitting was done by Oleksandr who is quite a perfectionist.
At the end of the day we love the look, quality & functionality of our kitchen. Every one we dealt with through Klassenβs were polite, punctual and a pleasure to work with.
Helmut I think you must sleep with your phone to your ear for the speedy responses!
I wouldnβt hesitate to recommend Klassenβs to anyone.
