★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a hitch put on my 2021 Sorento, the guys did a excellent job, quick and professional. They had to order in from outside Manitoba, which took an extra day or two but called and made an appointment as soon as they got it. Fabulous Customer Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was buying some boxes. Arrived 15 minutes before close. I was aware of time and only wanted to buy boxes for moving and the worker was incredibly rude to me. Told me to hurry because they're closing. He wasn't saying this to the other patrons waiting around.
I definitely feel discriminated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a uhaul in advance and two days before my cross country move they called saying I had to go to Brandon, MB or For Francis, ON to pick it up. They said reservations are only "requests for a reservation until the day before the desire reservation" and preferred location basically means nothing. So, heads up to anyone wanting to reserve. Ended up having to travel to Brandon and back to Winnipeg to pick it up which cut into packing and actual moving time significantly.
Only reason for 2 stars and not just 1 was they did offer to discount the uhaul to cover the additional fuel, gave us an extra day to have the truck, and extra kilometres to account for the additional driving. The extra stress so close to a cross country move was just greater than anything they could offer to "compensate" for the inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved my truck April 1st to use for April 30th at the century location because it was 5km from my home I was moving from . My move in date got changed so I called and changed my reservation the lady told me I could have the truck the 30th and 1st but she has to change the truck to the Inkster location which was 15km from where I was. Then I ended up having my reservation changed on me 3 more times after that..one I was not even told about. One employee even told me " you can't have the truck for 2 days other people have to move too" well other people should've booked well in advance like I did. So then the reservation for the truck got switched to one day, asked to be moved back to the closer location so I did not have to pay for the 15kms instead of the 5 and was told there was nothing available for me at the century location. Then not even 2 hours later I got called that they had to change the size of the truck on me and it still had to be picked up from the Inkster location. Then the morning of when I went to pick up my truck the app wasn't working properly and I went inside to get the truck instead to be told I'd be able to keep it now till May 1st 7:30 am. Instead of till April 30th 7:30 pm. So I still ended up getting the time I was originally told I was not allowed to have. Too much hassle will find a different company next time. 30 km of what I was charged for was picking it up and returning it. When it could've been only like 10. Thanks but no thanks.
