Best customer service experience during my last rental during September 15th till September 22nd. Book my rental again for October 10th. Very professional staff at pickup and drop off. Car was nicely cleaned/disinfectaned.

I had a fantastic experience! I was given a free upgrade and both pick up and drop off agents were extremely pleasant. I never had to wait and I was treated with much kindness.

Bad service, please don't go there after you pick up the car they guys don't care about you you are in a problem or not because they want money. Please see the picture of how many times I called them ( open at 8 am ) NO CARE THANK YOU

We rent a car only less than 1 date from 10pm Saturday July 16th 2021, until 5pm on Sunday July 27, 2021. Someone messed up big time and my husband's card was charged over $600, which the agent refused to credit back for more than five days. We emailed and chatted with the customer service agent. He refused to immediately credit our card, and even threatened to charge us even more on top of that $600. The two of us had to visit the store again to get assistance on this issue. Fortunately, Jamar Farley came to the rescue. He apologized for the mistake on our card even though it was not his fault at all. We were able to get our refund back thanks to him. Next time if I need to rent a car, I would definitely contact him directly. Thank you so much Jamar Farley for your service.

I had real bad experience with them.I wanted a bigger vehicle, booked for it and when I went for pickup they gave me a smaller vehicle without notice. Will not be going to them again

Very disorganized. The vehicle was reserved a week ago and confirmed. They didn't have it in and are waiting for it to come back from cleaning. Almost an hour waiting so far. No terribly impressed. The girl behind the counter was polite and doing her best.

Had a rental booked, flight was delayed, called the desk several times with no answer, ever. Left a VM with my phone number that I would be late and gave new arrival time (no call back). Closed by the time I got there. Came back first thing in the am via hotel shuttle, 1/2 before anyone showed up (phone message says they open at 7, no one there till 730) only to be told there are no notes on my file that I called and no rentals available for me even though I had a confirmed res from the night before. Absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully Hertz was very accommodating and got me into a vehicle so I could get to my job site. No fault of the Enterprise counter people. They are great. As a corporation, your procedures and policies need a serious revamp especially for companies that have large rental contracts and billings.

That was the first experience for us with car rental and the senior manager helped a lot, she answered all our questions, explained how the security deposit works and even made a calculation for expenses for our next car rental. This time we received a brand new car, clean and tidy. The overall experience was great, the communication with the staff was excellent. Thank you for a good job guys!
