β β β β β The staff were warm and friendly however I was given a car that had a strong smell of smoke. Even though I was told that it's a non-smoking car. Initially the small was barely unnoticeable so I proceeded to take the car. But when I went back to the car after a couple of hours the smell of smoke is just unbearable that I had to call them about the situation. They offered to switch me to a different car, a nicer and more clean one. I just felt that the one they gave me werent really cleaned properly cause there was even a white long hair strand by the handle on the passengers seat. Which would have been caught if they really clean highly touched areas. Then when I proceeded to pay for my rental which I booked through expedia, I was charged more. But even before I could pull up my phone to show the lady how much I was charged she already said that I was charged with the rate of the newer car but then she proceeded to change the rate.

β β β β β I was in an accident and chose Enterprise for my rental while I was waiting on MPI and I'm very glad that I did. The car they provided me with was beautiful and really clean. I wasn't expecting such a nice car for a loss of use claim. I had to keep the car longer than expected, and when I called in to their location they sent the request in to MPI without needing further action on my end. Super friendly customer service, staff are very professional.

β β β β β I've rented a hybrid car from their king edward place and the staff was very helpful all the time.The car was very clean and worked like a clock. Will definitely rent from here again whenever I need to.

β β β β β The service I got when I needed a rental was amazing. Ty at the king Edward location was amazing. Also Laura as well. I hit a pothole in the rental and once the car was brought to the right place lol. It is funny now but i was quite upset at first but Laura worked with me and I didnt have a way to get to the location so she sent a worker. I can't remember his name but he was amazing to. We had a great chat on our 20 min drive to get my other car. When I got there the car was ready and it was even after they closed. Amazing experience. Great staff
