★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our Rosie to get spayed-Dr. Preston has been our vet for the past while for our older cat Bailey who passed away and now our Siberian cats Tiger and Rosie. Her and all the staff are just AMAZING and I wouldn’t want any other vet clinic to look after our babies. The staff are up front and honest and will discuss prices and options and never suggest unnecessary tests. They are all caring, knowledgeable, and friendly staff!

We have seen several different vets with our animals and they have all been fantastic and caring. When we had to put our lab down last August, they were very gentle and allowed us the time we needed with her. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very friendly, very informative! The vet is see, she is great ad my little man (cat ) likes her! You are made to feel like you are just as important as your pet is to them! Feel like I can ask any kind of questions ad they do their best to answer it or help solve a situation! Happy to be at this vet hospital, ad know my pet will be looked after!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single person I have talked to at this clinic either over the phone or in person has been so incredibly kind and sweet. They are always so helpful and reassuring even when I call for quick questions! The doctors are very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate, they don’t overwhelm you with big terminology and they seem to genuinely care about your pets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Birchwood Animal Hospital are absolute rockstars! I was extremely nervous about flighting my dog from the community I live in Nunavut all the way down to Winnipeg alone when he fell ill. The entire staff kept me constantly informed, sent pictures of my dog, was clear about what 'next steps' will be taken, answered all my questions and found a kennel for my dog to stay over the weekend as I have no friends and family in Winnipeg. I am beyond grateful for the care my dog received and would highly recommend Dr. Shott and his staff. Your fur family member would be in great hands! Thank you Birchwood

I have been taking my animals here for approximately 35 years and only have praise the vets and the people that support them. Their prices are reasonable and have accommodated me in the evenings and weekends and on short notice. I can't say enough good things about them including Dr. Robinson who is my dog Charlie's vet.
