★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a consultation hair did not turn out the way we had wanted. Still got charged $200 for a few highlights that are barely visible. Wouldn’t this have come up in the consultation? If something can’t be done why would you go ahead and try it and then charge full price? Also, I think this could have been done had the hair been bleached before hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with my hair colour. It didn’t turn out the way I wanted even during the consultation the lady said it will turn out just like the picture. I felt being ripped off. Spending over 200$ for my hair to stay the same colour was ridiculous. Not sure if I want to go back there again.

She always knows exactly what id like my hair to look like, even when I barely explain what I would like. They are super friendly and welcoming at this salon and I've never had a better experience anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brandy and Wine is a very cleanly place, easy to make appointments at with extremely friendly staff. I had been going to a different hairdresser at another salon for a few years before seeing Ashley and after getting the results that she got me, I've never gone back to my old stylist.
I needed a stylist I could trust and would be ready for the next challenge when it comes, so the fact that she specializes with blondes is perfect. She is also great to converse with which is exactly what I need when I'm at the salon for 4 hours lol.
Highly recommend Ashley and any other needs B&W offers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't rave enough about Brandy and Wine! I have been for both hair and nail appointments and have not been disappointed. Simran did a fabulous job on my nails, listening to what I wanted and giving helpful suggestions to make my nail idea even better, and the nails stayed on for almost three weeks! Ashley has done my hair multiple times, and every time it is amazing! She listens to what I want and I am never shocked by how much is cut, she always does exactly the right amount :) Ashley is so talented at colouring and styling and I can't wait to go back once they're back open for a refresh!
