I was referred to Effectus by another client and I am very happy that I chose to work with them. The trainer I worked with was very knowledgeable about my condition and modified my exercises to meet my specific needs. Since I started training at Effectus, my bone density has improved. Now that I am confident with weight training, I have switched to their online training program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been training online with Adrian for a couple of years now, although I do take the summer off to ride my bike. I have sport specific goals and a handful of injuries and functions to improve on (injury prevention). Adrian, takes everything into consideration (including my lifestyle and schedule) and makes that perfectly individualized program. I really enjoy most of the workouts but even when I get one thrown my way that I don't love, I know there is purpose behind it.

I never thought I can go for heavy weights or intense workouts but thorough Adrian's guide I am much stronger and confident than before. I began working with him 5 years ago during an extremely traumatic period in my life, his training helped me both physically and mentally. I've worked with him on and off since depending on my geographical living situation and am so glad I've chosen to work with him again. I'd 10/10 recommend working with Adrian! As a competitive athlete I truly feel his workouts give me an advantage both physically and mentally when needing to grind through those long games and weekends!
