They have tailored a home program which is doable and effective and I’m finding between that and my visits to their clinic there is a light at the end! Highly recommend this group!

Ongoing assessment is provided with each visit in order to continue to optimize the best strategy for recovery while the patient is provided a detailed and personalized online-accessible instruction with respect to exercises for self care and therapy at home in between sessions in order to expedite the process of healing and repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my son and I have gone here for rehab of different injuries. The staff are friendly, easygoing and very good at their jobs. They take the time to assess your injury thoroughly, and put a plan in place to help you get back to your old self. They charge directly to Blue Cross, which is a plus. The gym and therapy areas are clean, well-lit and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem performing specific movements and, on the advice of my chiropractor, I made an appointment with Advantage Conditioning. they concluded that I had excessively tight muscles and a diminished degree of upper body strength. After a few weekly visits, the knots in my muscles were relaxed. I was sent home, following each visit, with a series of stretching and strengthening exercises that have become my daily routine.
Presently, I have the full range of mobility and flexibility of a person much younger than my 87 years. I am now on a monthly maintenance schedule.
