★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website allowed me to book a rapid COVID test for travel and the location listed was not open on the day/time provided in the confirmed booking. This company either has an unreliable booking system or is committing fraud. Either way, I would not recommend using their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two appointments with Steve Moerman at Pure Lifestyle on Empress for physio on my hips. After the second appointment, I began having intense hip pain on one side that I had never experienced before.
I waited in pain for four days before I could go back for a third time. I assumed he could fix the problem, but he wouldn’t do anything to help me. He clearly did not want to have anything to do with me. I tried to ask him a question in the lobby, and he ignored me. I was charged $80 for this appointment.
When I called Pure Lifestyle to ask about the charge, Jean-Francois Berard told me I was paying for Steve to go to school. He disregarded the facts that I paid for physio I didn`t receive, and that Steve treated me like a persona non grata after I had pain from his treatment. It was a really bad experience seeing Steve at Pure Lifestyle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello I started going to Pure Life Fitness back in December for an injury at work , I met Sitha Soung and I didn't know what to expect at first , He took the time to hear and listen to what I was saying , We started off slow and each time when I was reluctant in trying something new or old he would reassure me it would be ok and explain to me that its better to work on sore muscles instead of just sitting around and not doing anything .His knowledge made me so relax and able to do the exercise he wanted me to do and he was there to help me work at my own paste , He would not tell me to do things but would ask me how I felt in doing an exercise ( which would give me the confidence to do it more ) , I have not ran in over 6 years because of medical issues and being unsure if I could , now I have started running not a lot but I am doing it , Working with Sitha has not only given me the tools to go back to work physically but also mentally I would highly recommend him to anyone is he very caring and compassionate about getting you back to work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used their COVID testing facilities a few times now for work and travel. Always very professional and prompt. Special shout out to whomever was on the other end of an email chain to reschedule some tests. VERY helpful suggestion for more appropriate and convenient alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment with a new GP because of the good things I heard from a friend. Appointment was set over a month later, and that was fine. Was given the choice of either virtual or in person. Chose virtual as it was more convenient for myself. The day comes and I am waiting around my phone for a call. 20 minutes pass I decide to give the clinic a call, no answer so I leave a message. No response, I call again and at this point it is 35 minutes past the appointment time I was given. Someone finally answers and tells me that my appointment was actually in person. I tell them that I was given a choice but they say that there has been a misunderstanding. I was given a choice of rebooking, the new appointment was yet again over a month away. I chose against this as this is very inconvenient since I had already waited over a month for the appointment I had originally booked. It is unfortunate that I will be opting for a walk-in clinic instead because of the circumstances given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to thank you all for sharing your knowledge with me to take home everyone who was involved in regaining confidence in myself and explaining how the body works and about my back especially. It helped remove a lot of fear I had of injuring myself further. And I am already using the equipment and instructions given to me by heather, who was a big help to me with my program and did diligence in everything she did with me each step of the way, both physically and mentally, I thank her for that also. I am still really impressed by what pure lifestyles can do for a person who is willing to commit to learning and working for it. I thank Evan for filling in for heather when needed and showing me how to do certain things properly and safely.
And to Rebecca (the Jedi warrior) who demonstrated good tips to know.
And to dr burron who alleviated some fears/concerns/worries and anxieties about my health. And to sitha for your assurance and wealth of knowledge you have given me in a short amount of time. And to the whole pure lifestyles staff I thank you. Merry Christmas.

Her treatments leave me feeling relief and she always leaves me with some realistic next steps to improve my mobility between visits. She also has great taste in music and has such a pleasant bedside manner. I feel so lucky to have found Felicia!

Started at 2 hours a day and worked up to a gruelling 4 hours.
A really great experience. The staff, especially Sitha and Heather were all great to work with.
Highly recommended. 5 out of 5!!!!
