It's a chain so they all have the same products, but the staff always greet you as you come in, have great knowledge if you need to ask a question, but are happy to give you space if you don't need them. Plus they always love my dog when I bring him in :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very rude! I have been to many Pet Value's and this has far been my worst experience! I will never be returning to this location! When a customer was leaving the store I saw one of the staff mocking and putting their middle finger up towards the customer leaving! I was extremely upset by this, It was very unprofessional and extremely rude! I do not know the circumstances behind it, but a fellow customer should never experience seeing this in a workplace!

Not only did they help with that, they called other locations to find the exact thing I was looking for. They also helped me bring purchased items to my car. 100% will be back and recommend to everyone!

Did everything to make my experience great. I come here all the time and I will come back again. Thanks Haley!

EXTREMELY HAPPY with the friendly staff & local owners. They strive for great customer service & Canadian made products when available. I fostered for a local rescue for just over 4 years & spent endless hours buying supplies. GREAT service is a lost quality these days - these 2 stores amongst others (Plessis & Osborne more recent in as well) in Manitoba definitely get my vote for great service.
I try not to shop anywhere else - great relationships are hard to find & keep! I often see the staff outside the stores, always a Wave or Hello!
Keep up the great work specially during hard times as these last 2 years have been. Patience is definitely needed these days.
