★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service over the phone especially if you're a beginner. I was interrupted, talked down to, and spoken to very rudely. It took a lot of effort for the employee to even attempt to help me with the questions I was asking. For a specialty store and a small business I thought they would be more helpful, but the employee over the phone couldn't provide me with an estimate of the cost of a 20 gallon terrarium simply because I didn't know the specific dimensions. Not only was it not helpful, but it was rude and condescending. I was hoping to go in store to look around and maybe get some advice, but after the treatment I received over the phone I will not be supporting this business.

Had recently bought some titan isopods and they've been doing great! pretty hungry by the time we got em but they did have plenty of moss to eat if they needed, so I wouldn't blame the store for that haha. Staff are always very kind and wont be afraid to start up a conversation or give care tips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my beautiful python from here 2 years ago. Love him to bits and pieces and he has amazing temperament and the most gorgeous colours. Reminds me of a Cheetah.
I love the lady who works here, I have had good experiences with her and she's very knowledgeable.
