★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I come into this location, ( which is about 2 or more times a month), it is not pleasant. It is clear that these ladies do NOT like their jobs. And really who does, but most of us fake it. Whereas here, they let it show. From now on I will be going somewhere else to get my fur babies their dinner. Have a wonderful day everyone!!
Oh, there is ONE young lady that works there, she’s very nice. And yes, I have told her that before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet valu had been my go to store when it comes to dog foods and other grooming products. They carry the dog food brand that my dogs like, Orijen, as well as their favorite treat, Ultra Dry liver. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing nice to say about this pet valu location. Every time I’ve been in there it’s a bad experience. The staff is so unfriendly and rude it’s unbelievable. Very unprofessional,... clean up your act people. I used to go there and buy cat litter but not anymore. I don’t enjoy their abrupt comments and hanging faces. Or when you walk in and say hello they hardly if ever say hello back to you. Good grief what a place ? If I could give a 0 star rating I would. 1 star is way too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming here to use the pet wash station. Staff have always been friendly and quick to help set things up. They provide everything you may need (shampoo, towels, apron, elevated tubs and blow dryers)
Please note that the dryers are not "high-velocity" as advertised (I used to do professional grooming) so I always just make sure to book a bit more time to dry off my big floof more thoroughly.
