★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Pete to inspect a home I was planning on purchasing last month and was blown away by his quality work, responsiveness, and willingness to answer questions honestly. Highly detailed reports in both PDF and HTML form, with pictures and video to highlight his notes. Concise summary of the report at the top, which gives a great high-level overview of any major problems/call-outs. If I need another home inspector in the future, it will definitely be with Pete!

Excellent decision - not only did he identify gaps on what the Sellers advised as addressed, but he also gave input to the Seller's contractors on how to do it right! He definitely got our back. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pete is the best! It was great to have a cool and fun dude to do our inspections; definitely did not expect my first one to be so entertaining yet informative.
He provided us with helpful, honest, and "un-sugar coated" tips on the house's condition. If its wasn't good, Pete told us, and I think that is important to better understand the house's condition before proceeding in the purchase.
He also went out of the way to inspect the house. I didn't know how he fit through that tiny hole that goes to the attic, but the guy did it! Amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a first time home buyer, I wanted to really do my due diligence and get a proper inspection done on the property that I was about to purchase. Pete came as a recommendation through the realtor team that I was working with. Although I didn't get a chance to meet him, you could tell he had a great sense of humor through his report. It was long, detailed, and very thorough but he also managed to not make it a dry read (as most reports usually are). You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for. Now, I don't have to worry about my new home. Honestly, I would go through him again when I do purchase my next place. It's no wonder, the man has excellent reviews and comes recommended by other professionals. Thanks again Pete!

He has an incredible amount of knowledge to share and is very encouraging of questions during the inspection. Exceedingly thoroughly and detailed in both the inspection and report, all the while keeping deficiencies realistic because no house truly comes without flaws. In addition to knowledge and practical advice Pete also comes armed with the latest and greatest tools of the trade to ensure our home inspection answered all our questions and allowed me to confidently proceed with the home purchase. I've purchased multiple properties and used multiple home inspectors and Pete definitely comes out on top. Great sense of humor and candid personality is an absolute bonus.
Can't wait to be a repeat customer in the spring.
