★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This subway is useless. Everyone working there are the rudest people I have ever come into contact with. Throwing your food around and putting on veggies before you even say what you'd like. What ever happened to customer service. Never going back here again and I recommend no one else goes here either. Teach a lesson. Also the lettuce looks like it was eaten and thrown up and them put on your sandwich. Disgusting. Should have a zero star rating for this hideous place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've given this Subway so many chances. I encourage Subway headquarters to secret shop this location - even try calling them and placing an order. They're extremely rude and will refuse your phone order and tell you to use the app. I wouldn't have called if I wanted to use the app. I don't think the two ladies that work there, one of them named Alma, actually enjoy working here. They're always so miserable!! Why?! When I have a large order, they tell me they can't make it because it's busy and I'd have to use the app or go into this location to order... so I end up going to this location to stand in line and place the exact same order that I could've placed over the phone. When I can avoid this Subway, I will. I only come here for convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to Riverbed Subway lunch most days there and they have fantastic staff. The store is very clean and bright. I have also ordered my birthday sandwich platters from there and they had it waiting for me by the time I arrived. They even put condiments in a bowl on the side for me. Very impressed, I would recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had a negative experience at this location. I generally come in usually around 3PM for my lunch break, and staff are extremely polite and kind. Service is always quick but accurate, and this location has very fresh tasting and looking veg and really delicious bread. This is a very comfortable and nice updated location.
This location is far nicer than the one that used to be my old workplace.
Everyone has bad days, i feel like people should try and remember that when ripping staff apart on google reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time in here last night. They have recently renovated and I was very impressed. Everything looks amazing. The staff were all super friendly. Would definitely come back here. The first subway that I'd actually want to sit down and eat in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of this subway has took a nosedive over the last few years. Their veggies are always soggy, bread is dry and weird, and the service is so abraisive. Seems like whoever owns/manages this place doesn't spend any time on location. Will not return after my bread looked like this. (Not even toasted).
