★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the BEST pizza ever! So fresh and crisp! The unique sauce makes it feel like I'm eating pizza from the gods! (None of this boring mass produced stuff). And it's always still hot even when it comes from Skip the Dishes! (I'm over 10km away). Even the crust is amazing! And I used to only eat pizza crust if it was smothered in ranch.. which I do not need at all with Estoria pizza (though dipping the crust in their super fresh tasting tzatziki dip is heavenly!).
Also, their Baklava is superb!
Definitely recommend this place for your pizza cravings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on the reviews and my experience, this place is very much a “ you love it” or “you hate it” pizza joint. This comes down to their sauce, I’m usually fine with sweet flavours but it did not pair well on the pizza. It seems like the pizza got sweeter with every bite and left me with a disgusting after taste. I’ll be throwing the rest in the garbage and ordering from somewhere else next time. The search continues…….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered from here for the first time and we are impressed. It's a thicker crust with the crispy cheese on top. The sauce is different but it suited our tastes well. The toppings were great quality. It's a bit more on the pricey side but i was filled up after 2 slices rather than the typical 4 or 5 from the cheaper places. Will definitely be ordering again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not like the pizza sauce same with my husband way too sweet very different. Very chintzy on the cheese and overcooked. Showed up an hour and a half and it was cold.
After the first piece I try to scrape all the sauce off nope. so I thought I'd just eat the toppings nope. we end up throwing it out. lesson learned

They made a mistake on our delivery and noticed it themselves… They called to let us know and had our correct order to us within minutes of the call. Excellent customer service! Thank you ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a 14” beef and mushroom today. I noticed a lot of talk about the sauce here and yes it is a bit different but I thought it tasted great with the pizza. It’s a very slight sweetness and overall the sauce tastes fresh and light. The toppings were good and the crust is just great. I’m a dipper and this pizza is perfect for dipping. On my top 5 list of calgary pizza parlours for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for the first time tonight and was absolutely delicious. I see a lot of comments on here talking about the flavour of the sauce. Yes they have their own unique approach but the flavour is specifically designed to suit this style of pizza. If you are used to eating the mass produced garbage sauce that you get from any of the big pizza chains out there I'm not surprised this was a shock for your taste buds. My advice to you is to start learning to cook, experiment with flavour and develop your pallet. Your inadequacy to appreciate well made food from a local business is not this pizzerias fault. Will 100% be ordering again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from here through skip the dishes. It took over an hour to arrive and when it did arrive the food was all cold and soggy! Especially the chicken tenders and fries. I had to recook them. (You can see in the pictures)
Not only that, but the pizza tastes good but $17 for the size in the picture is far too much.
I won't be ordering from here again sadly.
