Went into the dog wash bay to find it totally covered in dog hair everywhere, the mat was covered in hair, the drain was plugged, they don't even clean the floor or the ramp, there is little pressure in the sprayer. It was absolutely disgusting and it's not the first time I have found it this way. This place was once good but it is totally run down now, the aprons are over 15 years old and should be thrown out. I got my money back and left, didn't even use the car wash, there is $20.00 they lost today. I have been coming here for over 20 years and it's a shame I have to think about going elsewhere now.

I only noticed this after thoroughly going through my statement and asking myself: "how the heck I did accrue a $17 charge? --- Since they do not provide a receipt, there is no real confirmation of what this place will charge you. With the $17 amount posted- I ask myself do I go to the credit card company as open a dispute or do I say: DO NOT trust this place.... PSA- if you used your credit card at this location- double check your statements.
C	Christine Verwey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to use the pet wash and the door was locked, a sign states that their dog wash facilities are closed and not available. too bad....will now take my pet business elsewhere. would have been nice to have had their services updated and current on social media to indicate they are no longer offering pet washing facilities.(regardless of the reason why, they advertise pet washing facilities but actually don't. Google info still indicates the pet washing facilities are available. Paws n Wheels- it might be a good idea to keep your information current on social media since there are limited staff on site bc of covid to inform people of the the services not being offered yet advertised.)
J	Jack Montana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to place in terms of cleaning my vehicle. I would recommend it with much longer time of each loonie you drop. The vacuum is perfectly working (good suction of dirt and longer time). ... and I'm about to go there now.
S	Soseh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used my credit card to wash my car the other day. I clicked the stop button and clearly saw the machine saying I was charged $2.00. This afternoon while looking through my bank statement I saw that I was charged $8.95 which didn’t even make sense as they charge by the dollar. I left a poor review that quickly got the owner’s attention and they were able to clarify that it was a holding charge that gets adjusted after a couple of days. I am very impressed at the quick response and clarification and so I changed my review to fit my new experience- a solid win for customer service!
J	Jackal's Den on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little local wash, with small room for improvements. Good quality products and the bays are well kept. Most everything looked in well maintained condition and overall a good experience. Price is reasonable as well. Small challenges for me personally was that the air dryer was a bit weak and I needed extra time to dry the car. Also the doors kept closing (by design) but it was a bit hot in the building and I just kept opening the nearest door. I’ll be back.
R	Randall Powell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Washed my van here. My work van, it was dirty. Has nice hot water to power away dirt. Great value for the price and time you get. Lots of space in bays and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
